Return & Refund Policy

At Libas by Andleeb, we carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. However, if you receive an item with a genuine issue, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product, design, or item was sent.

  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will generally not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or care.

  • Change of mind after receiving the order.

  • Slight differences in color caused by different screens, lighting, or photography conditions.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the product has a verified manufacturing/quality issue, we may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Returns requested for other reasons may be subject to shipping charges.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements may require additional verification.

Exchange

Where available, an eligible product may be exchanged for another item of similar value, subject to stock availability.

Important Note

Please inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
